We are the PowerChords, Olin College's Oldest A Cappella Group!
The PowerChords hail from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering in Needham, MA, where they comprise over 5% of the student body. With ALL members being engineering students, the PowerChords are inherently geeky and therefore love engineering puns in addition to singing a cappella. Since their founding in 2007, their talent has increased exponentially each year and they are now rivals with a cappella groups from schools an order of magnitude times the size of Olin. Some of their signature geeky arrangements include Baba Yetu (from Civ IV) and the Dr. Horrible Medley.
